DEFINITION | Definition of Advocate:- The person who pleads the cause of another before a tribunal or judicial court Advocates are lawful qualified who quarrel for their clients in a legal case filed in the law court. The word Advocate is usually used for a lawyer only. POSITION | Advocates need to be present in the law court whenever needed. An advocate, on the other hand, can legally represent clients in court. Those who have adequate experience in the concerned field can work as a legal advisor in any well-respected organization. | Notary can exercise only in a particular area as destined by the government authority. They can certify the legal documents held by the clients from that area. Also, they will manage the oaths and affidavits given by them. The profession of notaries has got a great importance as they give authentication for whatever legal procedures necessary in daily life. Cyber notaries are accessible for performing the notary jobs required in the cyberspace (information technology).
