Extension in dates of various GST Compliances (GSTR-4, GSTR-5, GSTR-6, GSTR-7, GSTR-8. GSTR-1 for GST Taxpayers

Government has extended the due dates of various compliances by Taxpayers under GST, through Central Tax Notification No. 10/2021, Central Tax Notification No.11/2021, 12/20211, Central Tax Notification No.13/2021, Central Tax Notification No.14/2021, all dated 1st May, 2021. The extended due dates details are summarized below:

What is IFF invoice? :-The Invoice Furnishing Facility (IFF) enables the QRMP Scheme taxpayers to upload their invoices every month. The CBIC has introduced the IFF vide notification number 82/2020- Central tax.

F. Filing of GST Return Form ITC-04:

The due date for filing of GST Return Form GST ITC-04 (to be filed by Principal/Manufacturer for goods sent/rece/supplied from Job Worker) for the quarter Jan-Mar, 2021, (due date 25th April, 2021) has been extended till 31st May-2021
